- Payments must be made in full before we initiate the removal process.
- Due to the nature of digital content removal, all sales are final. However, if your mugshot is not removed within 30 days, you will receive a full refund.
- If your mugshot appears after removal, we will remove it again at no additional cost, or you will get a full refund.
4. User Responsibilities

- You acknowledge that once content is removed, we cannot prevent third parties from republishing it in the future.
You acknowledge that this is an optional, fee-based service that you are electing to hire, rather than proceeding independently.
